We make aluminum signs with precision cut vinyl. Lettering being weeded, masked and applied to the aluminum. A sign can last 3 to 5 years if intermediate vinyl is used and it will last 7 to 10 years if high performance vinyl is used.
This process is time consuming but it is still rated the longest lasting vinyl method available. It also allows us to have a complete control in customizing the sign to create a sign that is fully compatible with your design.
